Torres de Serranos is one of the two protection towers that are still left in Valencia. This tower is built at the end of the 14th century. You will find this giant tower on the edge of the city center. The Cathedral of Valencia has the official name Iglesia Catedral-Basílica Metropolitana de la Asunción de Nuestra Señora de Valencia. But most of the people call it Cathedral Valencia. They started to build this cathedral on 22 June 1262. It is built in a Valencian Gothic style. A lot of people believe that the holy grail inside of this Cathedral is the real one.
La Lonja de La Seda is an old silk market. This building is built between 1482 and 1533 in a Gothic Valencian style. You can separate this building into 3 parts. The main hall, the contract hall, and the garden. This building is one of the few buildings in Valencia that is on the UNESCO list.
